The bag looks and feels amazing. When the delivery service was bringing the package, they left it out during a storm and the bag sustained water damage. When I brought this up to scream lab, they gave me amazing customer service by providing detailed instructions on how to remove the stains, and offering to replace the bag if I was unable to do so myself. Will definitely continue to purchase from them.
