 PAYMENT

The Sceam Lab accepts most debit/credit methods of payment, Apple Pay, After Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. All payments are transferred with secure processing and encryption technologies. We may require additional identification verification to process orders that do not meet our fraud prevention standards.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping on all our products. After you complete your order and it has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.

Once you have your tracking number, you can expect the delivery information to update within a few days. If your package shows as "pre-shipment" or "in transit" for an extended period, even up to a month, we encourage you to reach out to UPS or USPS for assistance.

Please be aware that once your order is processed and shipped, The Scream Lab no longer maintains control over the package. For any inquiries, concerns, or if you need to file a claim for a lost, stolen, or damaged package during transit, you should directly contact USPS or UPS. We also offer priority shipping with every purchase, and insurance is included for your peace of mind. 

RETURN & EXCHANGES

All sales are FINAL! Please purchase with confidence.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you receive an item and it remains in perfect condition, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery. We understand that wear and tear can happen over time, and we’re happy to assist with exchanges or replacements within one month of your purchase. If an item experiences any damage, such as breaks or tears, after one month, it will no longer be eligible for return or exchange. For apparel, if the size isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges for the next size up or down within 3 days of delivery.

At The Scream Lab, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please note that while we take great care in shipping your items, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods during transit. If you encounter a lost or stolen item, we recommend reaching out to USPS or UPS for assistance. Fortunately, all shipments are insured, and you can file a claim with the Post Office to receive a refund.

We are committed to maintaining high-quality standards for our products. Therefore, exchanges will be processed after a thorough quality check. If an item does not meet our quality criteria, we will notify you via email, and the rejected items will be returned to you without an exchange being issued.

Additionally, please be aware that we currently do not accept exchanges for international purchases. If an international item is received, it will be returned to you, and no exchange will be processed.


CANCELLATIONS


Decided to change your mind? That’s perfectly understandable! You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase for a full refund. To do so, simply email me at thescreamlab.info@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCELLATION." Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after the 24-hour window, and your order will then be processed as usual. Thank you for your understanding!
